“Rectification” sounds intimidating, but all it means is that if the data Mike holds about her is wrong, Jane can demand it’s corrected.

Again, she doesn’t need a solicitor or legal training for this. She also doesn’t need a reason.

This is true for all of her rights under the GDPR.
