All email providers have an option to use BCC when you’re composing an email. On Outlook, you can see the button underlined above.

In Gmail, it’s in a similar location:

Remember that the “B” in “BCC” stands for “Blind”. This is because the recipients are “blind” to each others’ email addresses.
