Matt still has to be careful, though. If someone else has the paper, they now have all of his passwords in the palm of their hand.

 

He shouldn’t take his passwords somewhere other people use, like his office.

 

This means he’ll still have to remember the passwords he uses at work.

Still, Matt’s way is far less risky than George’s. Matt only has to worry about the people who come into his house.

 

If you’re uncomfortable with writing passwords down, know that it’s far less risky than reusing them.

 

So long as your passwords are stored in a safe place, this is a good way to keep them unique, secure, and strong.
