Mike’s hacked email account contains many of his customers’ details, including their addresses and contact information. 

For the first time, Mike’s business is under serious threat. 

Luckily, when Mike set up his work email, he also gave a recovery phone number to his email provider, Google. 

This allows him to take back his account from the criminal.

He changes his password and locks the criminal out. But now he’s got another problem.
