Some sentences (like “I love my dog”) are unsuitable because they are short, common, or both.

The same goes for phrases which follow a sequence, like “one two three four five”.
The longer and more unpredictable you can make a passphrase, the stronger it is.
Instead of “I love my dog” as a passphrase, choose something like “Doggos are Horus’ favourite dinosaur”.
It doesn’t have to make sense; in fact, it’s harder to guess if it doesn’t make sense at all.
